Hello Everyone:
If you attended the Hawaii Healthcare Pollution Prevention Workshop, I just received the approval letter from ABIH for this seminar. The dates it was presented were September 8 and 9, 2009, at the Ala Moana Hotel in Honolulu. ABIH awarded 0.42 points for each half-day session, total Industrial Hygiene CM points = 1.67. I think they may not have given a full 2 points because some presentations did not meet their requirements.
This information is also now available in the ABIH on-line Activity database at http://www.abih.org/members/roster/coursesearch.cfm.
Please be advised that you still need to submit proof of attendance. Please consult the ABIH CM Handbook on-line for what is acceptable documentation for attending.
