[AIHA Membership] Seminar at Pearl Country Club, Aiea, October 15th

Hello everyone,

      Please join us at a half-day seminar on Emerging Issues in Air Sampling, being offered jointly by the Hawaii Local Section and SKC this coming October 15th at the Pearl Country Club.  A light breakfast and lunch is also included, and ABIH has approved this course for 0.5 certification maintenance points.      

      The June/July issue of the AIHA publication The Synergist has three very good articles about Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).  This third-party certification program developed by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), has become the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings.  The speaker, Debbie Dietrich, CIH will discuss this and several other very interesting topics, and what air sampling methods and strategies are involved.
