Hello Everyone,
 
      Attached please find the latest edition of  "Happenings" from Aaron 
Trippler.  It is a summary of government happenings  that have to do with 
legislation that could affect all health and safety  professionals.
      
      I hope to provide another update  for the Hawaii legislature in the 
near future.
