[AIHA Membership] ABIH Points for HI-AIHA workshop March 19th, 2008

To all:

1.  Just to let you know, ABIH has provided approval number 09-1521 for 0.5
Industrial Hygiene CM Points, for the workshop "Industrial Hygiene Sampling:
Direct Reading Instrument Use, Data Collection and Limitations".  This was
presented March 19th, 2009 at the Hale Ikena, Fort Shafter.

2.  Please be advised that the Executive Committee agreed that we will not
present a Comprehensive CIH Review Course this coming summer.  Due to the
more restrained financial conditions world-wide, as well as a short
time-frame for planning and marketing, we hope to begin to plan for a
revised course after the first of next year.

3.  The OSHA-Hawaii Workshop is being held at the Hale Ikena, Fort Shafter
on May 20th, 2009, cost $75 including lunch.  It is a full day of
presentations, and there are some very good speakers and topics to be
discussed.  Please go to www.assehawaii.org to register.  Space is limited.
