Brief Description:
This course is designed to improve leadership and communication skills of the HSE professional.  It covers; Effective business communication skills that are vital in today's overly busy work environment; the alignment of strategic HSE outputs with the strategic outputs of the overall enterprise; listening skills which are essential in meeting a customer's needs as well as providing the framework for successful negotiations and conflict resolution.  Learn to use these essential skills to leverage technical and scientific expertise to its maximum advantage.  Industrial hygienists, OEHS professionals, managers, supervisors and directors, and consultants will all benefit from this exciting educational event.
